This skill is unlocks a level of relaxation and comfort in life that is hard to describe, the best way I have found is that feeling you get when you are around the best of friends, people you have known for your whole life and are genuinely good people, and you forget that you're around other people because you don't need to remember to be something you're not. It's that feeling that we are trying to expand onto all situations.

Journaling is a powerful tool to become more conscious of our daily actions and how they are affecting our overall trajectory in life, but physical journals or even google documents are limited in the ways you can guide your journaling and track your progress easily.
